Members of The Kew Golf Club may collect nomination forms from the office or download copies from the links on this page.
Each candidate will require a proposer and seconder from the Club. The completed nomination forms should be returned to the office along with the application fee of $200 which forms part of the entrance fee. Prospective members who do not know any members at the Club are encouraged to ring and discuss with the Chief Executive Officer.
