
Kew's dress regulations seek to reflect the standards of the Club and show consideration for fellow members.
The Club's Management, the Golf Professional and his staff are authorised by the Committee to ensure that members, visitors and spectators comply with dress regulations.
Course and Practice Areas : Men:
- Proper golfing attire and regulation golfing shoes must be worn by players at all times.
- Steel spiked golf shoes are not permitted.
- Shirts must have a collar or be a golf-style turtle neck design and must be tucked in at the waist.
- Slacks or shorts must be tailored with no draw strings.
- Trousers must not be tucked into socks.
- Short socks must be predominantly white and may feature a golf club logo.
- No advertising on any clothing is permitted with the exception of golf related or 'designer' emblems or logos.
- Caddies must adhere to the above, but may wear soft shoes with flat soles.

Unacceptable Attire : Men
Shirts not tucked in, t-shirts, denim jeans or jackets, tracksuits, draw string or elastic wasted trousers or shorts, sand shoes, sneakers, runners, thongs and sandals.
Unacceptable Attire : Women.
Denim (all colours), track suits or tracksuit style pants, high cut shorts, low-necked singlets, thongs and sporting footwear.
In the Clubhouse
Acceptable Attire:
Smart casual dress similar to that required on the course is acceptable. However, at certain major Club events, ladies and gentlemen are required to dress to suit the formality of the occasion. These events will be advertised accordingly. Golf shoes may be worn in all areas of the clubhouse. Additionally, gentlemen may wear dress shoes, with enclosed toes and heels, with socks, in all areas of the clubhouse.
Children
On both the course and in the clubhouse, children under 16 years are expected to be presented in a neat and tidy manner with clean shoes and shirts tucked in. Denim clothing is unacceptable.
Members should advise their guests in advance of our
dress requirements to avoid embarrassment on the day.
