{"id":6072,"date":"2016-01-13T18:09:40","date_gmt":"2016-01-13T07:09:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kewgolfclub.com.au\/cms\/?page_id=6072"},"modified":"2025-11-18T15:08:55","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T04:08:55","slug":"kgc-foundation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.kewgolfclub.com.au\/cms\/kgc-foundation\/","title":{"rendered":"The Kew Golf Club Foundation"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The Kew Golf Club Foundation has been established to allow members of The Kew Golf Club an opportunity to make a contribution to grow a permanent fund to be used for both the development of the Club and specific infrastructure projects.<\/h2>\n<p>The purpose of the Foundation is to accumulate funds to support the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improvement of Club Facilities;<\/li>\n<li>Acquisition of properties on the Club\u2019s boundaries which may affect either the play of the course, the protection of the existing boundaries or an opportunity to extend the Club\u2019s facilities;<\/li>\n<li>Fostering of Junior Programs;<\/li>\n<li>Acquisition of items for display in the Clubhouse which are deemed to be of historical significance to the Club\u2019s archives;<\/li>\n<li>Any other one off projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The structure of the Foundation will enable members to make a contribution in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A gift directly to the Foundation (See accompanying form A).<\/li>\n<li>A donation (tax deductible) to the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF) in support of The Course Beautification Project, initially envisaged to include a stone bridge over the billabong on the fourth hole or for general purposes (See the accompanying form B).<\/li>\n<li>A bequest to The Kew Golf Club Foundation (See accompanying forms C &amp; D).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is expected that contributions will be acknowledged in the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Kew Golf Club Foundation has been established to allow members of The Kew Golf Club an opportunity to make a contribution to grow a permanent fund to be used for both the development of the Club and specific infrastructure <\/a><a><\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":15730,"parent":0,"menu_order":3,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"ngg_post_thumbnail":0,"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"class_list":["post-6072","page","type-page","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
