I agree that for the rental of the golf cart to supply my driver's license which will be held by Kew Golf Club during the use. Upon completion of use I shall return the Golf Cart immediately to the Proshop. At this point the driver's license will be returned. I undertake to pay for any damages that are sustained to the golf cart, other than normal wear, while in my possession. At this point Credit Card details are to be provided and charged once Kew Golf Club has received an invoice for the repairs. I agree to hold Kew Golf Club and any of their agents free and harmless from any damages or claims of any nature whatsoever that may arise from or through my usage of the golf cart. I represent that I am familiar with the operation and use of the golf cart and that I can operate and control at all times.
